Terms of Service — Jawla 2v2

These terms apply to Jawla 2v2, a mobile application published by Mali Fund (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What Jawla 2v2 is — and what it is not

Jawla 2v2 organises casual sessions of games played two against two: it deals rotating teams, records scores and keeps a history for your group.

It is not a booking service, a betting service or a payment service. It books no courts, tables or consoles, takes no money, and holds no stakes. Any arrangement your group makes about who pays for what — including one settled with the roulette wheel — is between you.

2. Scores and results are what your group enters

Everything the app shows is derived from what the people in a session tapped or typed. If a score was entered wrongly, the results and the stats derived from it are wrong too. Anyone in a session can score it and undo a point.

3. Your account

You can use the app without an account. If you create one, you agree to:

• give an email address you actually control;
• keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised;
• be responsible for what happens under your account.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Jawla 2v2 is not directed at children.

We may suspend or close an account that is used to attack the service, to abuse other users, or in breach of these terms.

4. Your data, and other people’s

Your sessions belong to the people in them. We do not sell them, share them, or use them to advertise to you. What is stored, where, and who can see it is set out in the privacy policy. You can delete your account through the account deletion page.

Only add people who agreed to play with you, and do not use a name, handle or photo to impersonate someone else.

5. Acceptable use

Do not: attempt to access another person’s account or sessions; probe, overload or interfere with the service; automate access in a way that degrades it for others; or use the app to harass anyone or to break the law.

6. Our own rights

The app, its name, its design and its code belong to Mali Fund. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you control. The names of games and sports shown in the app belong to their owners and are used only to say what is being played.

7. Availability and changes

The app is provided as it is. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we may update these terms. When the terms change, the revised version appears at this URL and the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the revision.

8. No warranty

To the fullest extent the law allows, Jawla 2v2 is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of any kind — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or that it will be free of errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app — including a score recorded wrongly, a session that did not sync, or a disagreement within your group.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you use the app as a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove the protections of the mandatory law of your own country.
